{"id":460,"date":"2022-09-02T16:40:00","date_gmt":"2022-09-02T16:40:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/h2t-projects.webarchiv.kit.edu\/ISRR2022\/?page_id=460"},"modified":"2022-09-02T16:40:00","modified_gmt":"2022-09-02T16:40:00","slug":"instructions-for-presenters","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.isrr2022.org\/index.php\/instructions-for-presenters\/","title":{"rendered":"Instructions for presenters"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div style=\"height:38px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer mdbtheme-block-item \"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Distinguished talks<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Distinguished talks are 30-minutes long.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:38px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer mdbtheme-block-item \"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Paper presentations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This year, ISRR paper presentations are split into two parts:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>a 5-minutes long spotlight presentation in plenum;<\/li><li>a 60-minutes poster interactive session during the coffee break. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Papers are organized into 50-minutes oral sessions of 6 papers followed by an approx. 20-minutes of discussion with the audience moderated by the session chair. The interactive sessions will be held immediately after the oral sessions and use virtual posters using LCD projectors. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Authors are invited to prepare:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>a 5-slides presentation offering an overview of their work to be presented during the spotlight presentation in plenum;<\/li><li>a long deck of slides to be run on the LCD projector during the interactive session. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Each paper will be allocated one LCD project. <strong>You must bring your own laptop<\/strong> to display slides on the LCD project. <strong>Do not print paper posters as there will be no room to present these. <\/strong>Check the program to see during which spotlight and interactive session you will present.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Distinguished talks Distinguished talks are 30-minutes long.
